First For Women Insurance
Debit on no insured item

Business & Finance

First for women paid out a settlement on my vehicle in December only to have the premium on that very vehicle deducted in january. this boggles me because that insured item does not exist anymore, so what exactly did i pay insurance on. furthermore, the claimed to have pid my vehicle out, only to0 receive a statement from the finance provider that i still owed them money. i did not receive any breakdown as to what the money i was told was the value of my car, paid. i was just told w will pay the bank and then deposit what is left in your account. then i wake up one day with a message on my phone saying x amount was paid to the bank that financed the car. as a person who is still coming to terms with this change, i believe this company couldve been more sensitive and once they received the settlement amount informed me that this is what the financier says is your settlement, we will pay that and this how much you will receive in your account. i just got sms's after the fact and i find that highly insensitive. i will still get another vehicle, whether it will be insured by FIRST FOR WOMEN, i highly doubt that. all i want is an explaination as to what the debit was for. part pay 4 a c
