SUSPENSION OF CAR INSURANCE

I received a suspension letter via e mail which states that on my vehicle this company will not cover for or Hijack with immediate effect since I don't have a tracking system or data dot. My policy, drawn up in Nov 2012 clearly states that the VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE A TRACKING SYSTEM OR DATA DOT and it was agreed at the time that my insurance premium would be higher because of this, which I accepted. This company have broken the agreement, have given me no notice of any change of policy and rendered me completely vulnerable with no vehicle or hijacking cover. It has proved impossible to get any sense or understanding from Mi-Way's call centre who keep repeating like robots that I am not covered - they appear to have no understanding of contractual or legal obligations to the customer. THIS STINKS!!!
