INSURANCE DOES NOT WANT TO COVER COSTS OF REPAIRS

I have a vehicle insurance policy with ABSA Innovation Group. The transfer casing in the gearbox needed to be repaired. After 2 days of submitting all the necessary information to the insurance company by myself as well as the garage that will repair the vehicle, I am told that this particular part is not covered in my insurance, yet it clearly states in my policy that the entire gearbox is covered. I want the insurance to pay for the repairs to the vehicle and not make excuses now when a claim is being submittted. When the policy was being taken, all necessary information about the vehicle had been supplied, so there should be no excuses now when the vehicle needs to be repaired.
