NEW CUSTOMER- 1st and 2nd monthly debit incorrect

As new client to company mentioned above, I had the dissatification of their collections department running the incorrect agreed amount for my vehicle policy not one but now for the second month running.
I joined MIWAY in august and had taken out a vehicle insurance which would have become active upon my first debit being received, agreed amount for policy was -R560 and the consultant advised me that there is aonceoff joining fee of R250, which i accepted, total for first premium being -800, well upon the agreed date their collections team decide that my account needs to be debit for -R1200.
I had to spend all my time and airtime which amounted to over R200 between the bank n Miway to have this resolved, eventually it was done and i was assured this error would not occur again.
Well what do you know for my second months premium, their collections department once again, decide that i have too much money and they have a right to it and have gone ahead and debit a much higher amount, this time being R1598.72.
So my car isnt covered n Ive also lost out on MI REWARDS, should i take this to OMBUDSMAN so i could have better service delivey? YOUR COMPANY CALLED ME I DIDNT CALL YOU!!
