Debit order cancellation

The application is for H Cornelius policy 100301979

The entire application has been a nightmare and we want to cancel and was told by Praval Misser that this is order however as he could also see the application never went through on the date etc.

The amount is also supposed to be R875 not R1048 and we are now battling to cancel the debit order without any costs to us?? Please contact Heidi Cornelius ASAP 0787558157
