REQUESTED A QUOTE RESULTING IN MONEY GRABBING

I requested a quote with OnePlan after hearing about it from someone on Facebook. In the quote I explicitly stated NO DEBIT ORDERS EVER and then when I found out how many mistakes they made with a simple application for quote, I informed them vie email, internet and telephone that I DO NOT WANT THE POLICY, they still went and presented a debit order to my bank, resulting in a blemish on my credit record but attempted to MONEY as they had no permission to present a debit order nor did I want the policy. They claim to have a 30 day cooling of period and they did not even honor that. I am furious. The schlep in dealing with incompetency saps my time and effort and I want them to re emburse me for my time and their thievery.
