MY APPLICATION IS NOT CANCELLED

I cancelled my application after 2 hours of applying and was advised to phone the following day as my application is not yet captured on the system. That was on Monday 19/02/2013. Tuesday I call to cancel and to my surprise Richmond Mbatha advised me that my application cannot be cancelled as the debit order has gone through to the bank already but he escalated my query to accounts department to cancel the debit. I asked him to put me through to Sima or Bernadette, he transferred me to Sima, spoke to Sima explained my query, and she checked and assured me that my application is cancelled and no debit order will go through. On Saturday I received this sms: Confirm Registration. Client# is your ID - starting on or around, 30-Aug, Amt R1598 - Debit name on statement CREDCLEAR - Congrats from CREDIT CLEAR 0105905088! Your company already has bad name and you still give clients false advise instead of trying to fix your mistakes and restore a reputable name for your company. I called in again today 26/08/2013 and Nolwazi who checked my details and i could hear that my application was never canceled. I'm awaiting feedback on my three queries. PLEASE CANCEL MY APPLICATION ASAP!!!
