Finally human response - humour AND efficiency!

I struggled with a variety of queries and complaints for over 6 months and recieved computerised responses promising agents to call me back and one day Mr Misser gave me a call (we had a good laugh over my disbelief that a human had made contact with me). Praval assisted me with everything within his power and apologised for the things he couldnt help me with although it wasnt his fault i had recieved bad customer service for over 6months before his call. Once again this week i sat with a dilemma regarding my debit orders and within minutes Praval Misser had sorted out the problem and taken a load of my shoulders. Sadly he wont be part of customer care at One Plan anymore and I will miss his friendly service, sense of humour and efficiency. I'm hoping the rest of the team has learnt from his great work and i will keep recieving human contact when i need assistance rather than the robot that emails me every 5minutes with a diffrent agents name and opens and closes my query within 5minutes. Thank you Praval, i wish you a very successful 2013.
