Today was the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cornelius. He is polite, efficient and is the one agent in your call-centre that actually keeps to his promise of following up on your request.

I have had 1 query resolved with minimum fuss and hope to resolve a 2nd query in a quick and prompt manner.

I understand that he still under supervision, but he has far exceeded with service delivery than many of your other agents. Please, emply more of him :)
