AIP –still no action and still taking money

I lodged a complaint on HelloPeter regarding this matter on 10 July, ABSA then sent me an e-mail on 15 July attaching a letter saying they will investigate my complaint and respond as soon as possible - just the usual generic cut and paste response.

Today, 22 July, I received my statement for August and it shows that ABSA will AGAIN be deducting the AIP from my account and with my direct instructions that I have not given permission for this. I have sent through the proof of insurance they requested and yet they plan to charge me for insurance again for the third month in a row. This is pathetic. If the money is deducted from my account on 10 August I will be making a case with the police. I demand that my money be refunded immediately.
There has been no actual action taken by ABSA and I am horrified that this hasn't been rectified. I have stuck to my side of the contract and ABSA hasn't - complete breach of contract from ABSA's side.
