Having laid a complaint of the derogatory attitude of the sales manager of absa cresta i was contacted by a female van der merwe on saturday morning who wasted 10mins. of my time telling me she was the area manager and someone would be in touch on tuesday to sort out the problems. come close of business, no contact from absa - situation normal!! contacting absa action line again (oxymoron) iwas told my query had been resolved and given a fictitious name to contact re. any further enquiries. the attitude of absa personnel from the start has been disgusting and the feed back from absa action line non existent. i think it only fair that in the future you change the first letter of your tittle of bankers and replace it with a W in the interests of fair marketing practices.
