ABSA has no client service!

Morning 27 Nov 2013 my bank card was (there's footage/ got ATM number) & money withdrawn from my account before I could block it.

Same day I reported it to the police, went to ABSA (Brooklyn) got a new card & filled in a claim form (I have an email confirming the claim will be logged 28 Nov 2013) for the money. Because I haven't heard back from the bank I emailed the clerk who helped for an update. She phoned me back 18 Jan 2014 and said- she & her manager looked at my case, it appears nothing was done yet so they will log it again, she'll probably get feedback 12 o'clock and phone me back. I haven't heard from her since (although I sent her emails).

4 Feb 2014 I phoned ABSA action line, Gomotso put me through to Wesley whose response was that because he doesn't want to to me he can't tell me how long my case is going to take. After inquiring when he received it he said 30 Jan 2014. I asked why it took more than 2 months for him to receive it & he explained that it's possible depending on to whom all it was sent before he received it.

I know people who got helped within 1-2 weeks by their banks! Thanks for nothing ABSA!

ABSA is getting ridiculous!!
