No responds from Action Line and/or ABSA Insurance

I currently have a vehicle finance account with ABSA. In July ABSA Insurance contacted to confirm whether the vehicle was still insured. I forwarded them an email confirming insurance on 19 July 2013 (together with the policy schedules) to [Email Removed] They accepted my Read Receipt. I kept the electronic documents as proof.
On 18 September I received a post from ABSA insurance (dated 07 Aug) informing me that they took out a Hollard Policy against my vehicle and that my vehicle finance account will be debited with the premium. My account has subsequently been debited twice, on 23 Aug and 23 Sept.
Lodged a Action Line complaint on 19 Aug, the call centre agent was Minette. She confirmed that my email of 19 July 2013, was received, but because their admin department was unable to open the attachments, they took out the Hollard policy. Please note, I was never informed that they couldn't open the attachments.
Received sms-acknowledgement of Action Line Complaint and that I will be contacted within 24 hours. Nobody contracted me yet, to confirm that the Hollard policy was cancelled and that the premiums will be reversed.
