Overcharged for a life policy

I took up this new life insurance product which Absa was campaigning in which a client's premium would never increase or change for a lifetime of the policy. TheY quoted me R57, a month later a debit order went out for R120 WHICH I NEVER AGREED TO. i want my money back please...
