I have been struggling with Premier banking consultant to actually attnd to my dispute properly. Since the 18th of February on a disputed transaction on my account. a banker by the name of Samantha Marnitz seems to be more interested in being right instead of actually looking at the problem and helping to correct it. Afte I have signeda dispute form shouldn't they try and help to reverse that transaction. Instead she wants to investigate my contract with the company that deducted the money out of the account. My old card was cancelled around the 18th of Jan 2013 andthe new card I collected from Randburg branch on the 24th of january, so I couldn't have swiped my card on the 23rd as she insist as I didn't have any card to swipe. If this person is so competent that she even wants to be an investigator now, how come she couldn't pick this simply fact on the account? I am stuck now out of meeting my obligation as FNB keeps pushing me around and no one is actually helping!!!
