I wish to express my dissapointment on the service rendered by Stanlib, I sent through a repurchase on Wed 27/02 morning and on Friday 01/03 morning I called the call center to confirm when the payment would be credited to my account and the consultant confirmed that the funds will be credit on Friday. I called again after 15:00 to confirm and he told me that he refered the matter to his manager and kept me on hold, came back to tell me his manager is not at his desk. the funds were not credited and even now are not reflecting. This is not the first i have been assured of the payment and not get it.
