I MADE A ATM TRANSACTION ON 23 AUG AT 10:14 WANTED TO WITHDRAW MONEY DID NOT PAY OUT THE MONEY PUT IN MY CARD AGAIN WITHDREW R 1000 AT 10:15 GOT A SMS AT 10:15 TO SAY FIRST TRANSACTION DID NOT PAY OUT AND THE MONEY WAS REVERSED.TO MY SURPRISE ON SUNDAY 25 AUG SAW THAR THE R1000 WAS ON HOLD.PHONED BANK ON MONDAY MORNING BALFOUR SPOKE TO JACKIE WHO TOLD ME TO COME IN TO BANK FILLED IN A DISPUTE FORM WAITED A WEEK WAS SHOPPING IN NIGEL CHECKED AT ATM MONEY NOT AVAILABLE WENT INTO NIGEL BRANCH WHO PHONED CALL CENTRE WHO INFORMED THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED DISPUTE FORM FILLED IN NEW DISPUTE FORM. CHECKED YESTERDAY AT ATM NO MONEY WENT TO BALFOUR BRANCH TODAY 17 SEP CALL CENTRE STILL HAS NO DISPUTE FORM FILLED IN YET ANOTHER DISPUTE FORM AND WAS TOLD THEY HAVE A BACK LOG OF 3 MONTHS NOBODY SEEMS TO BE HELPING THEY ARE NOT EVEN HELPING STAFF ON THE BRANCHES SO IT HAS BEEN 22 DAYS STILL NO ANSWER . I AM A NEW CLIENT TO FNB BUT WILL SOON BE AN EX CLIENT PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE ADS WORST SERVICE EVER
