Still awaiting a response to my questions raised in my email dated 22 February 2013 addressed to Mr Robin Ludick, Executive, Business Development & Marketing Insurance. regarding the claim which I had lodged.
Clearly the sales consultants are not trained well leaving clients to bear the losses.
I was advised not to worry to provide a list or increase my all risks, I was told not to worry "we pay" as was said by Mr Ingle
