I have tried for almost 2 years now to change my personal details and have send through my changed details on numerous occasions and still it has not been done. I applied for a FNB card and had to return it because my surname was still wrong on their system. It is very frustrating to deal with the people at FNB and struggling to get such a simple thing done.
