Replacement card issued in maiden surname

I recently got married and changed my surname with Discovery Card. I was sent an e-mail confirming my marital status and surname among other things had been changed. In the same e-mail I was asked if I want a replacement card reflecting my 'New' surname. I agreed to receive the replacement card. I received the card yesterday, but the new card is still in my maiden surname and not my new married surname. Why offer the replacement card with the new details if you are going to send a card showing my old details. I want to know how this can be resolved. I would also like a new card to be issued that shows my married surname and not my maiden surname, as was the agreement in the e-mail.

This is very inconvenient and shocking service from Discovery.
