Pathetic Service from Dial Direct

Been a Dial Direct client for many many years and havent really had any problems until now. I claimed for a chip to be repaired on my windscreen in Sept. 2012 wich was efficiently done however Dial Direct captured it on their systems as a windscreen replacement which in essence reset my bucks-back bonus. I brought this to their attention late last year and to date the issue has not been resolved.

The latest individual I have been dealing with is Frasier Polfin (not sure if spelt correctly) who is a supervisor but certainly does not behave like one. He has been dragging his feet on this issue and has NEVER bothered returing my calls as per his promises. I have always had to call him to hear some excuse or the other as to how far along they are with the process even after he admitted that Dial Direct incorrectly captured the claim. After I called him yesterday morning AGAIN, he promised to call me back before end of business yesterday, and no surprises, I am still waiting. If Frasier Polfin, being a supervisor provides such pathetic customer service, I wouldnt be surprised if junior staff adopt the same attitude.

Is this Dial Direct's strategy not to pay-out bucks back bonues?
