Contact Details changed to Third Parties

My details for contact details were given to Ned four years ago. Until 4 months ago everything was changed. Then suddenly without instruction on my part the details where personal information is sent is changed and my personal details are being sent to this 3rdparty.
Concurrent to this my contact number confirmed on multiple occasions as recorded on both Ned and my line was also changed to a third party unrelated to my transacting with Ned. This 3rdparty is using a Prepaid number.
How is it possible for my personal details to be changed without my permission?
Why are the instructions not implemented?
Why are you making banking and accounting difficult for me to audit?
Why are unrelated parties being sent my personal banking information?
Where I ask third parties to complete transactions, they cannot as they need paper work to confirm.
It was agreed telephonically and this should be recorded that I would be emailed so a written explanation for the changes can be provided. This was not done.
Please can my postal details be returned to that which it was as provided on application and to that which it was for 4 years prior to this change.
Please ensure privacy to my banking activity.
