NO RESPONSE AND NO CONTACT

I have been now with FNB insurance for about 2years, first when i applied i had great service, i have been trying to phone my consultant Nomthi Tshabalala, the number has been changed the new number is currently busy, so i went to FNB got the new number again I cant get hold of FNB Insurance.

I have changed my details now 4times with 4 diffirent people, i was still insured at my old place which i have changed last year May 2012, still last night i had to change for the 4th time, i have pushed my personal insurance up and still they cover me only for qaurter of what i asked for. Now, how do I get hold of FNB insurance? also all my details that is up there is wrong meaning if i need to claim they will have an axcuse to cover me as my details are wrong, so how many times must i send you an email to correct my details as 4times is not enough and still no response.
