So much for my business bank account at FNB

I am not one to really complain but this time i thought I am not going to let is slip...

I went into FNB to open a business account. I know from previous experience that one needs to speak to a specific consultant, so upon entering the bank I walked to the first FNB employee who was speaking to the banks security guard.

Not wanting to interrupt I stood bank and upon making eye contact with Vanessa, I just smiled as not to interrupt their conversation.

This did not have the desired effect. Instead of returning the smile, finishing the conversation, Vanessa rudely said "Can't you see I am busy". Shocked I asked "Are you serious? " Which she ignored.

I kind of stood there for a few seconds and just slipped out of the bank.

A bank for your business should be like a partner, someone who you can trust and rely on, with this level of service i do not think i will be taking my business to FNB.

They are quick to advertise this and that about "beep" bank but apart from this incident, it is not my first run in with down right bad service from FNB.

I am really disappointed because I like FNB but after today, I have certainly changed my mind.
