This is a follow up on my previous complaint. I received a call from SBIB after I told them I wanted a refund on my premiums for bad service. This took about 2 weeks to get a response. They came back and said they can do nothing for me as the claim was paid out. They do not take responsibility for providing bad service. Management does not get in touch with you. Is taking 2 months to sort a minor car claim not bad service? Get serious.
Just to add how bad service is. I asked for a car to be added to my existing policy but I was issued with a new policy. I requested this be combined and was told they will get back to me. I'm still waiting.
I need to move to another insurance company.
