I emailed SBIB my proof of inspection of vehicle and my tracker document fitted, this was done in July 2012 to ensure that my policy is updated as I saw online that it was not. The consultant called me back on April 2013 and informed me that I must have my car inspected again and they want to issue me a new policy. I refused and said that I performed all the instructions given to me in July 2012 and they did not update my policy. The consultant said that she will call me back and did not. The consultant even said that the system is messed up. Poor service. If their admin is not up to scratch what do I expect if I need to claim. Time to move to more effective company. Bad service.
