Not wanting to pay

After two months of back and fro with shevaughn and "management" with numerous quotes.

A simple claim to repair small stone chips on my bonnet of my car, they sent me back for more quotes to practically have the whole cars problem areas fixed, obviously amounting to more than my limit allowed

Why i only wanted the bonnet repaired not for the whole car to be resprayed!!!
CLEARLY YOU CAN SEE WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO DO.
so now the amount would NATURALLY EXCEED THE LIMIT!!!

this insurance company IS CROOKED they will do whatever it takes to not honor the claim.
the communication from them is only smses to me the customer ive had to send numerous communications to get answers...

i am disgusted that they blatantly don't give a
surely the cpa can protect us from this kind of

today i see the numerous complaints about this company and now i have fallen victim myself

shocking to say the least
