False advertising and poor service

I have been paying for 2 policies for 2 of my vehicles for over 6 months. I decided to claim to have some small stone chips repaired on my bumper and bonnet which I did on the 10th of January to cut a long story short and after several phone calls and back and forth emails I was finally sent an sms stating the the damage I wanted repaired was not covered which is the exact reason I took this cover out was to repair the small stone chips etc. I have subsequently canceled the policy due to the difficulty in them delivering the service they promised and the fact that they declined to honor the service I had been sold.
