Claim Rejected

I should have checked this site before I joined up with them. Seems like a lot of people have the same frustrations with them as I do. I had called them to log a claim for two separate claims. One was a scratch on the front bumper and second one was for a tiny 2mm stone dent on the back fender. I got quotes for them on both these incidents which tallied up to about R3800 together. Now they tell me because I had reported it together they see it as one incident and that since the claim limit per incident is R2500 my claim will not be acknowledged! What a complete load of! I clearly stated to them when logging the claim that the two damaged areas happened on separate occasions. Both incident were in essentially reported within the 30 day cut-off. They would not listen to it. I am really considering going to the ombudsman to make an appeal.
