I recently submitted a claim on my mother in laws behalf as she was overseas and was utterly disgusted with the comments as well as the. Bad attitude from the Investigation manager, Hendrik and the investigator, Roderick at Telesure. These guys together with their service provider have no qualification relating to building but are in fact investigators looking at the claim and trying to look for excuses as well as loopholes to not honour their committment to compensate for the claim, yet they collect premuims for such cover. These guys made offending reasons why this building claim will not be settled and they offended me by saying that the house is poorly maintained and so on, I had an argument with the manager Hendrik who stated when he was leaving the property that he would show me. Thereafter I received a letter stating that they were cancellibg the policy as I was arguing with their manager/service provider. I would like to address my concerns with senior management as I cannot in this mail as there are many concerns. Please don't insure with the Telesure brand as they look for loopholes for not paying, but will collect premuims!
