I am really saddened as I write this report. I reported my claim on the 12th of November and 3 days later I had not received my claim number nor heard anything from my insurer. I then called inn to follow up and was given my claim number and only then they decided to appoint a service provider, I ask myself if I had not called in what would have happened. From the onset my claim was ignored, not dealt with accordingly and appropriately. One service provider came to my contents a day after I called inn to follow up and 3 weeks later I have not received any feedback my insurer. The second service provider has made some appointments due to weather we had to cancel and reschedule a couple of times and some time last week I got a message that they are cancelling my claim. How do you cancel my claim without my consent? You don't give me feedback on my claim for over a month and you then decide you will not entertain my claim! I lodged a complaint on their website on the 3rd no one bothered to return my call, I called again on the 5th and was told that a manager by the name of Carl September will call me back and clearly he has called me till now.
