The processing of my claim

Hi my Is Shandene Ontong and my family and I have recently been victims of a house break in, believe me I never thought we would become part of our City of Cape Town's crime statistics. I submitted my claim to my insurer last week and immediately Lorenzo Pieters called me from the claims department to introduce himself and to explain to me the claims process. Today after I have submitted all my documentation within less than 30 minutes my claim was processed and authorized.
