Promised to Call back

I called Outsurance Life Insurance Dept. yesterday at about 3. Requesting if I could upgrade my Accidental life cover to full life cover. I queried if they could use the blood sample Report I had taken a month ago. Cause I have an acute phobia towards needles, and I am strongly againt having to go for more blood tests. The lady, very kind, said she will find out from the under writers and call me back in 30min. I am unfortunatly still awaiting an answer and its almost 24 hours later not 30min later.

I havent been denied full cover before I just denied the previous full life cover quote due to my phobia and took the accidental one instead. The only test I had to do previously was a HIV test acording to the quote. This was done in the previous blood tests I did and paid for it myself.
