Cover declined

I am on the market for additional life cover and with the brilliant advertising that Outsurance has at the moment with life cover that you receive payments back from if not claimed within a specified time-frame. What a brilliant concept,

I looked-up the Info online and read-up on all the t's & c's and opted for the Essential plan which covered up to R500 000 with no medical tests required. A consultant called me back and we spent a good 15-20 minutes on teh call completing all my details. Only to be told that the cover has been declined because of a heart-op that I had as an 18month old baby. I am now 34 yrs old and have never had any further problems with my health.
I am so disappointed in Outsurance in their decision to not cover me.
