PAINFUL WAITING GAME

I decided to join Outsurance and applied for Comprehensive Life Insurance. I had to have blood tests taken which for me is a horrible experience but I have been left with enormous bruising from the blood draw. My arm is black! Also I have not heard back regarding my results which is worrying and I also know this can affect my cover. Also everybody can relate to the painful wait for results regarding an HIV test. I phoned Outsurance and they said that it can take up to 3 weeks to hear back regarding my results. 3 WEEKS!! of torment to find out if I can get my life cover or not. I asked for the number of the people who do the tests. Apparantly they don't deal with the public? Ok I want to know my results and I want to know why I am left with an injury after the blood draw.
