They kept on pestering me for almost a week to provide me a quote. In the end I agreed to speak to the consultant for a "few minutes".
1) Transferred me to another consultant the moment I agreed
2) have to WAIT for this guy to answer
3) So much noise in the background one can't hear anything
4) totally incompetent, can't understand anything, you have to repeat everything several times (probably because of noise) Also he had to talk to his supervisor several times during the call.
5) 30 minutes later I realised that they will DEFINITELY not be able to beat the current coy I am with.

6) confirms my yearly qualm with them relating to car insurance escalating faster than inflation whilst the car's value declines...

Tired of people wasting MY time. If you call me, please have YOUR ducks in a row...
