Service not rendered for allergen tests

After emila back and forth and the simple fact that Fourways Life Hospital offered to provide a allergen blood test which I paid for and this is their final response!!!

We hereby feedback to your previous communication as follows:

Allergen tests were consented to by the patient and the test results provided the following day by Ampath as per your e-mail sent.
Due to patient confidentiality reasons we cannot comment further.
Should the patient in question require any further information in this regard, please contact Dr ______ - contact email as above.

In lieu of the above, we do not have any evidence that there was any negligence performed by all parties concerned.

Honestly if you pay for something you entering into a contractual agreement verbally with doctors when they say come the next day and I will tell you what allergies you have from blood tests and they can't even read the report, this is a breach of contract!!! Am i missing something or can you pay for something and don't recieve it as indicated i want a refund!!! simple! I paid I didn't recieve it I compplained and they say tough!!!
