This is just unacceptable!!!

On the 29th of Oct I went to my GP for a medical - for Life insurance purposes. Dr. took a blood sample as they need Cholesterol as well as HIV testing done. I then get a call this week from a chap at the life insurance company advising me that my blood sample has gone missing therefore I have 2 options, to either go back to the Doctor or they could get their nurse to come to my office to do it. Firstly they wasting my time and secondly how careless are the labs to lose a blood sample. This is very worrying. I therefore need an explanation as to what happened to that sample.
