White people before me and was told no time for me

I went to This Branch on 31 December 2012 to enquire about irregulariries on my Balance.

The lady at Enquiry tried to help me, as she didn't have all answers, she reffered me to the consultant and registered waited on the que to be called.one White gentleman arrived while I was on duty and the lady called him helped him before me, she told me she do only new business and she does not have time and pushed me again to the enquiry. the lady at enquiry told me she will give my details to The Manger Jeanet to contc me until now nothing heapened sa yet
