I received a device from my work place which uses an mtn sim card, its a rugged phone, used both as a phone and a two way radio, it lost signal and i called the help line for assistance, they tried what they could but still it could not pick up network, they advised me to go to an mtn store for futher assistance, i do not have a mtn store anywhere near me, i drove all the way to hatfield only to find a lady who was extremely rude to me, i expained my problem to her, she then told me, she has never seen a device like mine and therefore she wont assist me, let along touch it, its not in their pooicy to touch customer's devices, the lady did not even bother to call the techinical dept to ask what she can do.
Im not a violent person but the lady almost pushed me to clap her the way she was speaking to me. She did not even have a name tag i therefore cannot even say what her name is, all i know is she was on duty on the 12-10-2013 (Sat) she then told me to take the device where my company bought it cause mtn has jo such product, upon enquiry at my office it was purchased from mtn.
Please mtn hire people who know what to do.
