Enquiry about an unsuccessful atm cash deposit

I visited fnb in parkstation to deposit cash for my children creche fees on the ATM and it was unsuccessful but my money was not returned at the atm, I went inside the branch and asked if anyone can help me with my enquiry and the consultant told me I have to que like all the clients who were there to open accounts and loans, They were only 2 consultant who were working during lunch time, it was around 13:30 pm, I waited for 15 min then stood up and went to her and asked to speak to the manager then she said she is busy in a meeting, then she called her other collegue who came from the back office and the consultant told her about my problem but she also didnt help and she went back. I went back to the que and waited for another 20min, I ended up going as I was on lunch and I had to go back to work as I have wasted 40 minutes of my lunch time including the time I waited at the atm. I am so disappointed with FNB's service, I always here the adverts saying FNB how can we help you but the staff service is opposite from it.
