Emailed three times out of job no respond

I'm with outsurance for the past two years policy no ot1755254 I'd no 7109305363089, I'm out of job failling to pay my monthly contributions i emailed outsurance three times with no respond

My worry is they keep on debting and i can't afford even the bank charges
Somebody help need advice there is no more income
