On Saterday the 07th Dec on arrival and checking in at Kloof the lady at the reception by the name of Ivy indicated that there was a mistake with our bookings. It was clear that that was an internal mistake that was done by the lady (Rose) who helped us with the bookings however; Ivy spoke to us with such disrespect and belittling manner. Telling us that she is actual off duty, she was on her way to church when she was called by managemant to come work.

Irrispective of us showing her the confirmation letter confirming our bookings and payments she continued to tell us how shes is not compelled to help us, she is making us a favor she said. in the mean time she was busy helping white costomers that arrived way behind us with a smile. When i asked her why shes giving us such treatment but being nice to white customers she reponded by saying "this is Kloof mama ga ke rata nka se go thusi".

Later on the day at camp site we were told by a white kid that we should not use the pool as it is reserved for only white ppl. Blacks should use the pool at the day visit section.

Shame on you Rustenburg Kloof!! I will never ever visit the area again.
