Worst service I've ever experienced from a bank

Took off the afternoon to apply for a credit card at FNB Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark. Got there and didn't know where to go, asked other customers and was told to sit and wait for consultant in a cubicle. Ended up waiting for an hour and a half, customers came and went without being helped, there was 1 consultants just sitting, resting on her elbows staring into the distance. When I was finally called to the front the rude guy who I had trouble understanding couldn't help me because he was just a trainee and I was told to go back to the line. So I left. Rotten bank!
