WORST ever first impression for new client

I was contacted andd offers a credit card by a call centre on behalf of STD bank which i accepted, I as per nomal had to wait for the card to be delivered at my nearest std bank branch which i opted for small str as I work in town I was sent a message yesterday to come and collect the card whcih today on my off day i decided to do at small str, I then went through to enquires with my ID document to collect the consultant that helped me got the card didnt check to conform with my ID, I then picked up they had wrong initials on the envelope so I asked her about it and then she checked and verified what I discovered, she then went to query whats the next step to this with other consultants, which she was advised to call credits card department to have this rectified and make a copy of my ID, she tookj my number and sent me to service consultants to have my initials updated so I had to wait in line again for this to happen, when I finally got to a consultant after waiting for so long, they inform me my profle is correct they just need to take the card back and get a new one with my correct initials on it, left with no card have to wait another seven days, horrible service, very unhappySTD
