I was at the bank to renew my card. My dad was outside with his ID for proof of residence, the bank was already closed and I was the last customer to be helped. The bank refused to let my dad in to show his i.d, and I was told to come back. I'm highly unimpressed with this service at the FNB at Vaal Mall. I feel it was unnecessary, as he was right there, and thanks to the tellers bad attitude and asking me how I will get his I.d. Through the closed doors, I will now need to waste another day at the bank. "How can we help you". Rethink this motto.
