In January I informed card division / courier to send my petrol card to Vanderbijlpark Vaal Mall. I went on Saturday the 9th March to fetch the card from Standard Bank Vaal Mall. I waited in the queue for an hour. When I got to the desk, they did a check and told me that my card is in the Three River Standard Bank. I think this is poor service coming from card division.
