Good day,

I would like someone competent to contact me regarding the payout of my Hollard Wealth Policy. I have been dealing with the very incompetent financial planner of FNB Midrand for the last 2 weeks. After been given the run around I contacted Hollard myself. Only to be told that they are still waiting for my documents.

I went back to the FNB branch on Saturday (23/02/2012) and was told by Terrence that he resubmitted the documents and he will contact me on Monday (25/02/2012) with feedback. As expected he didn't keep his word and I battled in vain to get hold of him.

I expect someone who knows what they are doing to contact me as soon as possible. And I expect this matter to be closed as per your SLA.
