Very, Very poor service from ABSA

Today i was at Absa Vaal Mall to open a money builder account & apply for a credit card.
First the lady at reception was not helpful at all but she took my name eventually & said i am number 4 & must sit over there (couches).

So now the waiting begun - 45 minutes & we were all still just sitting there.
The black man & his wife (nr1) were sitting there for 2 hours! 2 hours!!! That is unacceptable.

There was only 1 consultant to help everybody but he was chatting to the reception lady & when the black man went & complain, he just disappeared & never came back.

The husband & wife left so leaving 3 of us sitting there - after 1 hour & 10 minutes i left as this is surely not service & i will not be helped in the next hour!

Now there was other senior people around but not 1 of them offered their help.
Just standing there & chatting.

This service is unacceptable.

Also on Friday afternoon (8 Feb) i wanted to cancel my garage card - a lady told me i must phone & showed me the phone & left.
They asked all kinds of questions & that i have to be registered for telephone banking as i need a password - now there was no one that i could ask for help/service

The service is pathetic!!
