Pathetic and useless service

Its been 3 days trying to get hold of your useless call centre. we have spent over a 100rand on phone calls holding on the line and in return we get your voicemail message to leave a messaage but no one has called back.

i need a call asap to sort out a query and im hoping someone competent can sort this out.
